Join: We are one of the largest, most active running clubs in the nation, known for our low-key but high-quality club races, training runs, special events, and other activities (see About MCRRC for more information). You can join or renew membership online.
Volunteer: Our club races are staffed by volunteers, just like you! We need your help! Fill out our Volunteer Form or contact our Volunteer Coordinator at volunteer@mcrrc.org.

- The Capital Crescent 5K will NOT be held this year. Instead, on June 3rd, please run or volunteer for the Juni Rennen 5k in Germantown which is part of the Championship Series.
- Registration has opened for the 2012 MCRRC Experienced Marathoners Program.

Reminders
- Chip Timing for 2012 Races - we continue using our IPICO timing system for most low key races. Each club member will be required to return their 2011 IPICO tag or make a $5.00 deposit in exchange for the 2012 tag.
- Please return non-member IPICO tags to MCRRC, PO Box 1703 Rockville MD 20849
- Do you have a new address, phone number, email or name change, or need to otherwise update your member info? Use this form to notify us of any changes.
