Join us at the Capital for a Day 5K!
Next up in our low-key series, is the Capital for a Day 5K! Come out to Rosa Parks Middle School in Olney, this Saturday 4/21 for another top notch event! Bring the kids – there’s a 1/4 mile and 1/2 mile starting at 8:00 AM followed by the 5K. If you’d like to attend but can’t run, please consider volunteering. Our events are only possible with the help of our volunteers. Please see the page under “Races” for more details.
This race is free for MCRRC Members and only $10 for non-members 18 & over; $5 for those under 18.
