Registering for the MCRRC
Stride Clinic
We have found that
some people are not registering correctly and thus arrive at the clinic and do
not have a TIME SLOT reserved in their name. We don't want this to happen to
you, so please read ALL INSTRUCTIONS carefully.
We recommend that you download these instructions before going to the
Stride Clinic registration site.
PAGE ONE – Choose a Category
1. Account
Login Box: Have you previously created a SignMeUp.com Account username and
password? Skip this box if you do not
already have a Signmeup.com Account. If
you do have an account, type in your existing SignmeUp.com Account username and
password. If you have not already
created and username and password but want to do so, you will have an
opportunity to do so later.
2. Category
and Fee: Check one box indicating the
month that you want to attend the Stride Clinic. Only check one box. Note: it shows $0.00
because you are not charged until later when you are asked to select a time
slot.
3. Read
all of the text on the page carefully.
4. Check
the waiver and release box indicating your agreement.
5. Click the “continue” button.
PAGE TWO – Information Form
1. Complete
the form indicating your name, birthdate, gender, email and contact information. Make sure you complete all required fields.
2. Pick
on time slot that is available by putting a “1” in the appropriate “Quantity”
box. If there is a message saying “Sorry this slot is not available.
Please choose another time slot!” then do not put any number in the
Quantity box. Make sure you only put a
“1” in one, available time slot!!
3. Complete
pull-down menus for Shirt Size and
the three questions. Please answer the
questions about your experience on a treadmill and your current injury
assessment honestly as this will give the Clinic staff more information to
individualize your session.
4. Note
that if you are not currently paid up or you are not a member, you will have to
join the club before your clinic appointment. The Stride Clinic is only
available to club members.
5. Click
“Proceed to Checkout.”
PAGE THREE – “Review Registration Details”
1. This
is the most important page because it indicates whether or not you correctly
signed up. Make sure there is both a
month and one single time slot indicated, and that the Grand Total equals
$18.00. If it does not indicate $18.00 then you did not signup correctly.
2. When
you are satisfied that the information is correct, click “Proceed.”
PAGE FOUR – Create an Account
1. This
box gives you the opportunity to create an account with Signmeup.com. An account is not required,
and if you prefer not to create an account, click on the “Continue
without account” box.
2. If
you do want to create an account, complete the information then click on the
“Create my account” box.

FIVE - Review Registration Details
1. Confirm
that your name is correct and that a charge for $18.00 appears.
2. Complete
your payment information then click on the “Place your order” box. Click this box only once and then wait for the
confirmation page to appear.
REMEMBER: In order to be registered correctly, you must have
the following:
1) Selected a month under "Select a
Category" (PAGE ONE), AND
2) Selected a specific time slot on the
“Information Form” (PAGE TWO), and
3) Paid $18 (PAGES THREE AND FIVE).
PLEASE CHECK YOUR SUMMARY OF
CHARGES AND REGISTRATION RECEIPT CAREFULLY.
Cancellations and Refunds
Remember that if
you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can do so up to 5 days
before your clinic appointment and reschedule without additional payment.
Please email Carol Lavrich at (stride@mcrrc.org) or call 301-299-8740 as
quickly as possible if you are unable to make the clinic at the scheduled
time. Also, no refunds are permitted and
cancellations inside of 5 days of your scheduled appointment cannot be
rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations
and rescheduling cannot be done on the SignMeUpSports site, you must contact Carol.
