Chip Timing:

The Rockville 10K/5K uses the IPICO chip timing system. In order to provide accurate and timely results, we will have different starting times for the races. The 10K race will start at 8:30 AM. The 5K race will begin 10 - 15 minutes after the 10K race start. Please position yourselves accordingly in the time leading up to the start of each race.

Runners MUST run the race that they register for (10K or 5K). You may not switch distances during the race as runners’ start times for each distance will be recorded via their chip separately and will need to match up with the race they have registered for in the database.

The One Mile Run will start at Pleasant Drive and Redland Road at 8:15 AM.   One Mile participants who need to pick up their bib on race morning may do so at the tent at the corner of Pleasant and Redland.  The One Mile Run will NOT be chip timed.
