  2. You must be an MCRRC member on the day of the race to earn Cross Country Series points for that race. Non-members are not counted in determining series points.
  3. Your age group will be determined by your age on the date of the first race you run in the 2009 Championship Series or Cross Country Grand Prix Series, whichever comes first.
  4. Points will be awarded to the top ten places overall and in each age group. The first place runner will receive ten points, the second-place runner will receive nine points, and so on down to the tenth-place runner, who will receive one point.
  5. Awards will be presented to the top three overall winners (male and female) and to first place finishers (male and female) in the following age groups: 19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80 and over.
