Programs/Weekly Workouts

Responsibilities: 
  • Oversee training programs and weekly workouts offered by MCRRC; examine operational and financial standards for these programs and provide/recommend support and ways of continual improvement, including creation of new offerings as demand dictates.
  • Create more streamlined policies and procedures amongst programs to provide consistency for club administrative purposes and coaches/members who participate in multiple programs. Build a database of information for future leaders of current programs.
  • Identify areas of improvement; improve synergy between training programs and weekly workouts.
