Intervals appears in alternate months to keep members notified of the latest news. Submissions may be sent to editor Chris Caravoulias at: intervals@mcrrc.org . We only advertise our club's races and those of our RMS clients on our website. If you are promoting a race we encourage you to advertise in our club newsletter (contact rundown@mcrrc.org), or send entry forms so that we can make them available at our track workouts.
