The back-of-the-pack (BOP) group is designed to be a connecting service for runners of all experience levels who run 10 minutes per mile or slower. The goals are (i) to help runners find other runners with similar paces, training goals, and/or workout schedules; and (ii) to facilitate running with other MCRRC members.

IMPORTANT REMINDER****

Runners participating in the BOP group workouts are reminded to please refrain from running through the Scarborough Square Residential Community.  This is a Private Residence and runners are asked to avoid this community as a cut-through to Montgomery College or any other part of the workout route.
